the windy city

for this year on thanksgiving, instead of staying home and hosting a turkey dinner, we decided to take a trip to the windy city. i admit it wasn't the best time to visit chicago because of the insanely cold temperatures, but we bundled up and it ended up being a lot of fun. :)

 ^^airport ready!

^^shenanigans on the airplane. vamp diaries and color coded m&m's

^^we went to this hookah lounge that had these AMAZING shrimp and a brownie dessert to die for. like i am going back to chicago just for this.

^^the famous bean. my favorite part of chicago!

^^all bundled up. it was FREEZING

 ^^pretend photographer

^^really amazing spot to see the skyline

^^we were standing in a glass box 103 stories high! this was at willis tower. talk about conquering my fear of heights ;) also, we waited in line to do this for a good two hours. if i didn't walk out onto the glass box, i'm sure the husband wound't be very happy with me ;) lol

^^devon street was saadu's favorite. he got his fix of yummy desi food and too much paan this weekend.
^^on the shuttle to the airport after an amazing weekend in chicago. we made so many memories here. and can't wait to visit again. :)
